What is the CollectAirs affiliate program?
CollectAirs is an online auction platform for aircraft, from light singles and warbirds to turboprops and private jets. Our aircraft affiliate program (officially the CollectAirs Referral Program) pays you for introducing the people who buy and sell them.
You get a personal link and a short code. When someone new signs up with either, they are linked to you, and every time they pay a CollectAirs fee in their first 12 months, part of that fee is yours. You never run the sale yourself: the listing, the auction and the support around closing all happen on CollectAirs.
Aircraft are high-value sales. A single sale carries a fee in the thousands, so one good introduction can earn a meaningful commission.
How the affiliate program works

Join for free
Create a free CollectAirs account, open the Referral Program in your dashboard and accept the terms. Approval is instant, and your personal link and code are ready straight away.

Share your link or code
Put your link on your website, in a video description, a newsletter or a post. Offline, give people your code: it has no easily confused characters, so it survives being read aloud.

They sign up and trade
Anyone who signs up through your link, or enters your code when they complete their profile, is linked to you. You earn when they buy or sell an aircraft and pay a CollectAirs fee.

Get paid by bank transfer
Each commission is approved and becomes payable after a short hold period. We send it by bank transfer to the account in your dashboard.
What you earn and how you are paid
Your commission
You earn a percentage of our fee. Your rate is shown in your dashboard before you join. On a €200,000 aircraft, our 5% seller fee is €10,000, and your commission is your rate of that fee.
- The seller fee is 5% of the sale price. The 5% buyer fee is waived until the end of 2026, so until then your commission comes from the sellers you refer.
- If both sides of a sale came through you, you earn on both fees.
- Every fee a member pays in their first 12 months counts, not only the first sale.
- Commission is paid in the currency of the fee. Amounts in different currencies are never converted or added together.
Your dashboard and payouts
Everything is in the Referral Program section of your CollectAirs dashboard.
- How many people signed up with your code, and how many went on to buy or sell.
- Your earnings in each currency: paid out, ready to pay out and pending.
- A statement of every commission, with the size of the fee it came from.
- Payouts by bank transfer once a commission is approved and a short hold period has passed. If a fee is refunded, its commission is reversed.
- Your referrals stay private: you see numbers and amounts, not who they are or which aircraft they traded.

What does "affiliate" mean?
An affiliate is a person or business that recommends another company's service and earns a commission when that recommendation leads to a sale. It is also called a referral partner. At CollectAirs, affiliates introduce new members and earn a share of the fees those members pay when they buy or sell an aircraft.
What is an example of an affiliate?
An aviation YouTuber puts their CollectAirs link in a video description. A viewer signs up through it and, a few months later, sells their Cessna 172 at auction. The YouTuber earns a share of the seller fee on that sale, without handling the sale themselves.
How do I become a CollectAirs affiliate?
Create a free account, open the Referral Program in your dashboard and accept the terms. Approval is instant, so your personal referral link and code are ready as soon as you join.
Can I become an affiliate with no money or no website?
Yes. Joining is free, there is no minimum and nothing to buy. You do not need a website either: a link in a message or a code given in person works just as well.
How much do affiliates earn?
You earn a percentage of our fee. Your rate is shown in your dashboard before you join. On a €200,000 aircraft, our 5% seller fee is €10,000, and your commission is your rate of that fee. The buyer fee is waived until the end of 2026, so until then commission comes from the sellers you refer. After that, buyers earn you commission too.
How long does a referral count?
You earn on the fees a member pays in their first 12 months, counted from the day they complete their profile with your code. A member stays linked to you and cannot be moved to another affiliate.
What if someone clicks my link but signs up later?
Your link is remembered in their browser for up to 12 months, so your code is filled in when they come back and sign up in the same browser. They can also type your code in themselves. Either way it has to be used when they first complete their profile: an existing member cannot be added afterwards.
Do affiliates really make money?
Only when the people they refer pay a fee: sign-ups alone earn nothing, and your dashboard shows both numbers side by side. What makes aviation different is the size of each sale. One €200,000 aircraft carries a €10,000 seller fee, so a single referred sale produces a meaningful commission.
Is this a good affiliate program for beginners?
It is simple to run: one link, no website needed, no products to stock and no sales to close. You only need people around you who might buy or sell an aircraft, and your dashboard shows every referral, commission and payout.
Does the program cover private jets?
Yes. Commission applies to fees on any aircraft sold on CollectAirs, from light singles and warbirds to turboprops and private jets.
When and how do I get paid?
When a member you referred pays their fee, the commission is reviewed and becomes payable after a short hold period. We pay by bank transfer to the account you add in your dashboard. If a fee is ever refunded, its commission is reversed.
Can I refer myself?
No. Your own code cannot be used on your own account, and each member can be linked to one affiliate only.
What do I see about the people I refer?
How many signed up with your code, how many went on to pay a fee, and the size of each fee and commission. To protect our members' privacy, you do not see who they are or which aircraft they bought or sold.
